Niamh Lowe17 November 2023Met Prem at a wedding fayre and was super helpful. Organised to come out to my home to choose our rings which was perfect for my fiancé and I’s busy work schedule. Took my engagement ring to be cleaned and re-plated which looks brand new again! Can’t wait to see our wedding rings in the next few weeks!

A booking was made for a home visit and we fell in love with the customisation options and quality of the rings! After placing our order Prem kept us updated throughout and arranged a convenient time for delivery of the rings. Absolutely stunning is all I can say! Over the moon and cannot thank him enough for bringing our custom rings to reality. Highly recommend to anyone!

Prem was incredibly knowledgeable listened to what we wanted made recommendations to compliment and advise us. There was no hard sell, he talked us through the wonderful wedding rings and services and nothing was too much trouble. Prem demonstrated outstanding customer service throughout and is great at communicating throughout the customer journey and we felt we were in safe hands with Je t'aime. To top it off, the amazing gift and prosecco were a really lovely and thoughtful touch from the whole team, even the beautiful box that the rings came in is just perfect. His and hers, matching diamond cut platinum wedding rings. Delivered and presented in a beautiful box. We were kept updated throughout the manufacturing process, right up to them being hand delivered. Thank you so much.
