1. Booking your Free Home Visit

Simply visit our website to book your FREE Home Visit appointment. If you’re unsure on booking a Home Visit, visit this link to see our Top 5 Reasons of why you should shop with Je t’aime.Once you have booked your FREE Home Visit at a date and time that meets your convenience, our Sales Team will contact you to confirm your appointment.

2. Choosing your Handcrafted Rings

Once we arrive, you will be spoilt for choice with over 1000 Ladies and Gents Rings to choose from, together with expert impartial advice and guidance from our Sales Consultants. Anything and everything is possible with Je t’aime.If you are looking for something unique and different and a Wedding Ring or Diamond Eternity Ring specially designed to fit around your Engagement Ring, that’s not a problem as we specialise and excel in our “Shape to Fit” service.We also offer Free Engraving to our couples to make your chosen rings personal and unique to you. Other personalisation options are also available such as adding your fingerprint to your ring or have a sentimental logo/symbol added to your ring.We offer various payment plans all on a 0% interest free plan. Please speak to our Jewellery Consultant to discuss the various options available.

3. Handcrafting your rings

All of our jewellery is hallmarked by the Assay Office in the UK and we are a proud member of the National Association of Jewellers, the trademark of a Trusted Jeweller. Our lead times from order placement to delivery is 2-4 weeks. If you require a faster turnaround time, please speak to our Sales Consultant during the Home Visit for us to meet your expectations.

As part of our dedicated service to our valued customers, we will also keep you updated on your order progress. Once your handcrafted rings are ready to be hand delivered, we will contact yourselves to arrange a date and time for delivery that meets your convenience.

4. Hand Delivery of your beautiful rings

Along with hand delivering your personalised chosen rings to your home address, we also bring a little gift to help commemorate the special occasion.We also offer our professional after care jewellery cleaning pack which we highly recommend. Please ask our Sales Consultant during the home visit or upon delivery for further information.
